Cost of Care

Connect Chiropractic is completely OUT OF NETWORK.
Allow me to explain:

My vision is a low overhead, high results medical office. Not to bill insurance is not a decision I took lightly. Copays to see a chiropractor can be anywhere from $35.00 to $90.00 and reimbursement rates and “In network fee schedules” can vary greatly.

I want to spend our time together teaching and educating you on your medical concerns as well as using simple, hands on techniques to help you heal. By utilizing these simple, effective systems, I am able to pass the savings on to you! As new technology and treatment options become available, I hope to be able to provide those as limited extra costs.

I have found that the simplest way to maintain a patient centered, high results, low stress environment is to provide you with the receipt you need to submit to your insurance company. I encourage you to call your insurance company to find out what sort of chiropractic coverage you have, what the copay would be for in-network doctors as well as what they reimburse for Out of Network chiropractors. I will be happy to try to answer any questions you may have.

My time of service fee schedule is pretty simple:

Since starting my business in 2013, I have resisted changing my rates in spite of rising office expenses and cost of living increases. As much as I would like to maintain my rates for another year, I find that I must increase my rates to continue to provide quality chiropractic services.
Rates are clearly outlined below:

  • Initial Intake and Exam: $95.00
  • Adjustment PLUS muscle work as needed: $53.75
  • Adjustment Only: $43.00
  • Under 13 and Over 65: $37.50
  • Appointment Add-Ons
    • Kinesio Tape: $10.00
    • Cupping: $10.00
    • NKT: $10.00
  • Nutritional Supplements: Varies
  • Mercier Therapy Intake and Exam: $200.00
  • Mercier Therapy Treatments: Varies based on depth of treatment.
  • Maintenance Visit Prepayment – 6 Visits is 10% off

I value you as a patient and want to continue to serving you. If you have questions or concerns about this increase, please let me know.

Connect Chiropractic also accepts Flex accounts and HSAs!

I may suggest other testing, blood work, x rays or even a referral or a second opinion. In this case, your treatment or tests may again be covered by your health insurance.

*A treatment may include chiropractic care, soft tissue work, training you on exercises and working with rehab exercises.

UPDATED MEDICARE POLICY
At the end of 2018 I will no longer bill Medicare. Because I see so few medicare patients they seem to have issues with reimbursing my patients. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to work out the details but my patients are still not getting reimbursed. In order to honor medicare law, my patients and my time, I will simply be changing my fee for medicare patients. If you are looking for an IN-NETWORK medicare provider, please let me know and I’ll do my best to find someone that will fit your style.

**As always, If you feel you cannot afford treatment, I am HAPPY to work you with and your budget.
